This means that children have to

INSIDE THE CLASSROOM:

- Listen carefully
- Remain smart and neat
- Be punctual
- Follow instructions
- Work hard
- Ask for help when needed
- Help each other without distracting anyone
- Put a hand up to answer a question
- Be sensible at all times
- Do all homework and hand it in on time
- Be polite to visitors
- Be responsible for their own actions
- Keep hands, feet and objects to themselves
- Listen and follow directions of all school adults
- Respect the rights of others and do not disturb the learning environment
- Communicate at acceptable times, courteously and respectfully
- Begin and end the lesson in a polite and orderly way

OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM:

- Line up sensibly

- Walk in corridors, no running
- Be ready to help by opening doors
- Keep to the right along crowded corridors and stairs
